Full Moon Breathwork

Let go with your exhales as we celebrate the Full Moon! During this session we will check in with the current energies of the Full Moon including the astrological sign it is passing through. We will do a somatic writing and reflection exercise on what it means to let go and release. We will then participate in a breathwork session with a unique and intentionally crafted playlist to support our intention to let go.

The breathwork portion will be 30-40 minutes. Two breathing patterns will be demonstrated for you (one slow and one active) so you can choose your own adventure for this inner journey. 

To Prepare 

Grab your pen and journal.

Pick a spot where you can lie down flat like the floor, yoga mat, couch or bed.

Come as you are! Dress comfortably and have an extra blanket nearby. I recommend using an eye pillow, eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes and help bring your attention deep into the experience. 

You can bring any items next to you that you feel will support you during our session. Supportive items can include your favorite crystals or essential oils. A soft stuffed animal to cuddle with post breathwork or a pillow for releasing screams into so you don’t have to worry about alarming your neighbors :)

Have water accessible to you post breathwork. We will review how to take care of yourself post-breathwork.
