What does trust look like? What does trust feel like?
How can we use the breath as an anchor to drop in and commune with our experience of trust and our inner support as we grow, learn and make choices in this world?
In this 60 minute session we will explore what it’s like to connect to self - trust and how we can build a compassionate relationship to ourselves and our environment through using breathwork as a tool.
This session includes time to connect and reflect about what it is like to experience trust within ourselves, others and our spirit. A short journaling practice will be included as well as a 20 minute breathing session. A unique and intentionally crafted playlist will guide us through the gentle breathing session.
Preparing for the session
You don’t really need anything to prepare! Just show up as you are.
If you’d like, you can grab your pen and journal.
Pick a spot where you can lie down flat like the floor, yoga mat, couch or bed.
Come as you are! Dress comfortably and have an extra blanket nearby. I recommend using an eye pillow, eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes and help bring your attention deep into the experience.
You can bring any items next to you that you feel will support you during our session. Supportive items can include your favorite crystals or essential oils. Even a soft stuffed animal to cuddle with during the session can be nice.
Have water accessible to you post breathwork.
