What are our bodies telling us? How do we listen?
How can we use the breath as an anchor to drop in and commune with our experience of our physical body in this world?
In this 60 minute session we will explore what it’s like to connect to our bodies and how we can build a nurturing and supportive relationship to ourselves and our environment through using breathwork as a tool.
This session includes time to connect and reflect about what it is like to live in our bodies as humxns. A short journaling practice will be included as well as a gentle 20 minute mindful breathing session with multiple breathing patterns. A unique and intentionally crafted playlist will guide us through the gentle breathing session.
Preparing for the session
You don’t really need anything to prepare! Just show up as you are.
If you’d like, you can grab your pen and journal.
Pick a spot where you can lie down flat like the floor, yoga mat, couch or bed. You can also practice these breathing techniques sitting comfortably if you’d like to.
Come as you are! Dress comfortably.
You can bring any items next to you that you feel will support you during our session. Supportive items can include your favorite crystals or essential oils. A soft stuffed animal to cuddle with is always nice as well!
Have water accessible to you post breathwork.
