Begin again under the energy of the New Moon! During this session we will check in with the current energies of the New Moon. We will do a brief somatic intention writing exercise for planting the seed of the new lunar cycle. We will then participate in a 35-40 minute breathwork session with a unique and intentionally crafted musical playlist to animate our intention through mind, body, emotions and spirit.
Two breathing patterns will be demonstrated for you (one slow and one active) so you can choose your own adventure for this inner journey. Distance Reiki will be delivered during the integration period. We will review how to take care of yourself and integrate post-breathwork.
To Prepare
Grab your pen and journal.
Pick a spot where you can lie down flat like the floor, yoga mat, couch or bed.
Come as you are! Dress comfortably and have an extra blanket nearby. I recommend using an eye pillow, eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes and help bring your attention deep into the experience.
You can bring any items next to you that you feel will support you during our session. Supportive items can include your favorite crystals or essential oils. A soft stuffed animal to cuddle with post breathwork or a pillow for releasing screams into so you don’t have to worry about alarming your neighbors :)
Have water accessible to you post breathwork.
