10 | Do what you can

 

Do you ever feel like you just aren’t good enough? Do you ever feel like you are behind? Do you jump to the future and then feel fear and anxiety about it all? These are some of the ways in which I abandon myself in my own healing journey. None of us are perfect and I suspect I'll have these moments often.

In the meantime, I want to share my process with you in how I chose not to abandon myself - in my healing, my creativity and my self-care.
