02 | What is liminal space? and why no one can actually make you feel anything you aren't already feeling

In this episode I explore a term I use quite a bit on instagram and in my healing work. What does the word “liminal” actually mean? How do we experience liminal space? How does it serve us? I use some everyday examples to describe what liminal space actually means to me and how we usually experience it. I chat about feelings and emotions and how they play a part in experiencing liminality in regards to emotional triggers and why no one can actually make you feel anything you aren’t already feeling on some level. I also talk about how liminal space is part of duality and identity as we navigate through our physical world and empower ourselves to find acceptance in the in-between.
