What does burnout look and feel like? What does rest look and feel like? In this episode, I share the burnout challenges I faced at the end of 2021 in my first year in business. I also reflect on the warning signs that let me know burnout is coming.

I share five different types of rest from the perspective of a creator. I chat about physical, emotional, mental and spiritual rest lending to the idea that rest is a multifaceted experience. I also share some of the unexpected ways rest can be cultivated through taking your power back and protecting your energy.
