This meditation was created to support you with uncovering, exploring and releasing feelings of resistance in the body. It was originally recorded as a supportive tool to use under the Full Moon in Capricorn, but can be used any time you feel resistance in your healing journey. This meditation is a short breathwork practice that consists of mindful breathing and connecting to the body. You can use this meditation sitting or laying down and any time of day.
