17 | Meditation with Affirmations for Loving Your Body

 

This is a 10 minute meditation with background music that uses affirmations for supporting your healing in your relationship between your body and your mind. It's a wonderful practice to use during this New Moon in Cancer (and Cancer season).

I love using this at night as part of an evening self-care & somatic/body connection ritual. You can also use this meditation when you feel disconnected from your body, have body image issues, struggle with physical wellness or trusting your body's innate wisdom to guide you through.

Headphones are recommended but not needed. Invitation to sit quietly with your legs crossed ( if you are able ) with your your spine supported and erect, or lay down with one hand on your heart and one on your belly, or position your body however you like to relax.
