Welcome to The Collective Inner Garden
Breathwork for radical self-care
“The breath is the bridge between the seen and the unseen”
- Yogi mantra
Our breath is one powerful force. It connects us to ourselves, to each other and to our surrounding environment.
Breath creates movement, generates energy, grounds us within our bodies and connects us to our spirit. It is the bridge between the seen and the unseen.
Becoming present with our breath is a radical act of self - care. When you choose to focus on your breath, you are putting your trust in something you already have inside of you to see you through.
HELLO,
I’m Jamie (she/her)…
I’m a Poet and a Breathwork & Reiki Facilitator for pleasure, beauty, mindful living and deep healing. I love creating expansive experiences for myself and others through holistic, practical and radical self-care.
I believe using your breath is a radical act of healing & self-care because you only need your intention and your breath to do it.
I also believe we are individuals connected to each other as a collective. So, self-care is also collective care. This is where the name Collective Inner Garden comes from. When you care for yourself and your needs, it causes a ripple out into those around you and your community.
I created The Garden for sharing how I use breathwork and other simple self-care practices as a way to build self-awareness, self-love, self-trust, and self-acceptance for embodying wholeness.
It represents a garden of seeds I’ve planted for myself to help you along with watering yours. I also offer gentle Breathwork & Reiki sessions to support you on your journey. Feel free to check out the options below. If you feel the call to come breathe with me, I’d love to meet you!

“I’m new to breathwork and energy healing, but I felt so warmly welcomed by Collective Inner Garden to explore and learn. Jamie’s presentation and facilitation skills are worth the experience alone; her excitement and passion for the topic are contagious. The session was a great bookend to my weekend and start to my week ahead!”
